The Multiple Rooms package is designed for clients who would like Michael to develop a unified design across two or more spaces. This may include a series of connected rooms, an apartment, a second home or several key areas within a larger property.
Collaborate with Michael not only on how each individual room looks and functions, but also how colour, themes, lighting, and artwork flow from one space to the next to create the atmosphere you imagine.
The result will be a home that tells a story, your story.
As with all of our packages, each design begins by filling out the questionnaire on the first page of the Virtual Interior Design tab.
Your MULTIPLE ROOMS package may include:
1. A personal virtual consultation with Michael
2. A detailed review of your questionnaire, photographs, floor plans, measurements and inspiration
3. An overarching creative direction for the property
4. Individual design concepts and mood boards for each room
5. A coordinated colour, material and fabric palette, scaled furniture-layout plans based on the measurements you provide
6. Furniture, rug and lighting selections for each space
7. Paint and wallcovering recommendations
8. Window-treatment direction
9. Artwork, accessory and styling recommendations
10. Guidance on incorporating existing furniture, art, antiques, books and sentimental pieces
11. A coordinated purchasing schedule with product information and direct links to products
12. Advice on phasing and prioritising the project
13. Agreed rounds of revisions according to the size of the project (at least 3)
14. A final virtual presentation with Michael to review the complete design and implementation plan
Your Final Design Package
•Each space will have a distinct identity, while the complete scheme will share a considered visual language. Your final presentation will provide the layouts, palettes, selections and practical purchasing information needed to implement the project with confidence.
•For larger homes, the design may be divided into phases, allowing you to progress room by room while maintaining a consistent vision throughout.
•Projects involving structural alterations, detailed kitchen or bathroom planning, bespoke construction drawings, site visits or contractor management may require additional professional services.
Investment
From £6,000 | $7,500 | €6,800
The final design fee will be based on the number, size and complexity of the rooms included. Your individual scope and total fee will be confirmed before the project begins.
The design fee does not include furniture, furnishings, product samples, delivery, installation, contractors or other professional fees.
Every project begins with Design Direction, a focused one-hour consultation with Michael. Should you continue with a Multiple Rooms package, 50% of your Design Direction fee will be credited towards the next stage.
